Wonderful how online teaching can bridge the Atlantic in an eco-friendly way and how people from diverse cultures can meet and be inspired by the Mindfulness-Based Compassionate Living programme. It was an honor to teach the first half of an MBCL Foundation Course to Brazilian participants with Portuguese translation. My compassion buddy Frits Koster will teach the second half, and then we will offer online a first MBCL Teacher Training with Portuguese translation, in four weekends between 14th January and 2nd April 2023. These events are kindly organised by Instituto Plenativamente de Promoção à Saúde.
